A stroll down Memory Lane...

Hi folks...I'm on a mission with a capital "M" this week to nail the projects for the Autumn Retreat at The Papeterie only 3 and a bit weeks away or let's just say I intended to be until I got slightly distracted searching for a particular photo amongst the millions I've saved on discs over the years and ended up off on a huge declutter tangent and a mega nostalgic emotional trip down the Crafty Memory Lane...so if you pop on the kettle and find a comfy sofa...there's a mega photo fest of some of the lovely folks I've met...friends I made and fun I've had on my mad but lots of fun crafting journey...

my first show with Fiskars...yes I was a little nervous...rabbit in the headlights stuff but they were lovely and welcomed me into the fabulous Fiskars family...

this was the first of many trips to this wonderful show and my first of many meet up's with my lovely buddy...my 2 peas in a pod soulmate or partner in crime...the sweet and adorable Dawny P...along with Marcea...Nicola (Marcea's Mum)...Kirsten and Emma

me being my usual ladylike self...oh boy was that a fun day...we spent more time sitting in Wetherspoons gassing...had to sprint to the show for a crafty spend about 15 minutes before it closed...
edited to add: my lovely buddy Carol sent me a pic this morning that she had of our first meeting on the same day...
crikey it's a scary thought that there could lots of pics out there that I don't know about and probably more than a few unfit for publication...

I had such a fun time that day...meeting up with bloggy buddies is always special...my lovely friend Carol on the right...

But that's probably enough nostalgia for one day...I'll continue the journey tomorrow kicking off with a fun trip to Stitches and guess who I bumped into...within minutes of crossing the threshold.  See you all tomorrow.
